Sometimes Notes/Domino documents contain incorrect fields and the mask does not allow their correction, because they are hidden or not modifiable, or the mask is not available, these cases may prevent the document from being opened, or incorrect data types may lead to incorrect calculations. AnyDocForm has been designed to deal with this type of situation. It allows you to modify all the text fields, number or date of documents and to change their content as well as their type. Fields can be added or deleted using a simple and efficient interface, over and above the controls provided in the usual masks AnyDocForm must be used by competent people. Settings are available to define the minimum access level to use each of the functions. In this new version, once the database is unzipped and your workstation is activated (one click) any Notes document displayed or selected in a view or folder can be opened with a simple click on the AnyDocForm button in the button bar. AnyDocForm is a Notes/Domino application designed to run under versions 6, 7 and 8. It is distributed as shareware. It can be ed for free and then runs in demo mode. In this mode only the first 5 fields of the documents can be modified, and adding or deleting fields is not possible. To unlock all features, order a license key valid for your Domino domain (organization name).
