Particularly interesting for novices, FastStone MaxView is a software that goes straight to the point and does not offer any frills. Indeed, it is very easy to access and offers only one utility but by doing it well.

Its interface is relatively simple but all the basic functions of a document viewer are there. A menu is available at the top of the software to allow you to do some classic actions like flipping an image or zooming in. If you move your mouse over the bottom of the software you get the navigation buttons to switch from one photo to another or to launch the slide show function.

FastStone MaxView is compatible with the most common formats such as JPG, BMP, PSD or PNG. Digital cameras of most brands are also ed.
